Over the past 14 years, I (Dr. Sheppard) have had the amazing opportunity to work, teach and learn side by side my student teaching assistants. From learning how to drive on the other side of the road, to making sure all of the Champion teams were ready and raring to go at 4:00am, these past students pushed themselves as well as their peers to be professional while enjoying the journey in Antigua, West Indies.
